	Spåren på båda sidorna av bron är upptagna och ballasten borttagen. Växeln utlagd på plats. The track and gravel is removed from both sides of the bridge and the switch laid out in position.

	Herr kassören tvekade inte en sekund att njuta sitt kaffe på bron, medan herr Gustafsson bistert inspekerar vårt utförda arbete. Our treasurer did not hesitate to take his coffe on the bridge, while sir Snake (at front) grumpily inspects our work for the first time.

Högtidlig återinvigning av trafiken över bron efter renoveringen. Reopening of the bridge on Saturday 4th of August 2001.
	Under Ångdagarna 2001-08-04, slår Hedersmedlemmen och stationsinspektören Börje Hedberg i den första av de ursprungliga guldspikarna på sin plats i det nya spåret. The first original golden spike is once more driven into the new sleeper by Honorary Member Börje Hedberg at the reopening.
	Här är det ordföranden och stationsinspektören Karl-Gustaf Ryberg som slår i den andra guldspiken i linje 2. Karl-Gustav Ryberg hammers the second golden spike into the sleeper of line 2.
	Efter att Börje Hedberg invigningstalat så vackert om BMÅS och vi alla hurrat och visslat med ångvisslorna, korsas bron av vår trogna Britannia samt av vår danske gäst Erik Kammeyer med sitt Mallet-lok. Klokt nog valde lokförarna olika spår. ;-) Börje Hedberg reopens the bridge after his speech and a lot of cheering from us and whistling from the locos. Thrusty old Britannia enters the bridge meeting Erik Kammeyer with his Mallet-loco in the other direction – fortunately on different tracks. ;-)
